"ACTRAV created this database to support the action of all social representatives and workers, in particular, in the promotion and defence of Trade Union Freedom.

Through knowledge of the most frequent types of offences and offenders, and the sectors, countries, etc. in which these take place can help better focus efforts to ensure the unrestricted exercise of Trade Union Freedom. This knowledge can similarly be used to endorse the work of the Trade Union Freedom Committee and to combat labour impunity, which still prevails in some cases."
