The OPOSSEM site is entering its final stage of development, and we'd appreciate any feedback from registered users about bugs or usability problems they have encountered and/or suggestions for site tweaks.

If you teach undergraduate or graduate research methods, please considerjoining us in Seattle for an APSA short course Wednesday, August 31, 1pm-4pm for an introduction to OPOSSEM, the Online Portal for Social Science Educationin Methodology.

CFP: OPOSSEM content writing sprint in Austin, TX, July 7-9

OPOSSEM will be holding a writing sprint in Austin, TX, July 7-9. The purpose of the writing sprint is to create content and an initial draft of open-source, wiki-based textbook pages in social science methodology for the OPOSSEM site. Participants can contribute content in the area or topic of their choice, though it is expected that many people will choose to focus on issues in undergraduate research methods.

Update on OPOSSEM workshops at 2011 APSA TLC

Members of the OPOSSEM team will be at the 2011 APSA Teaching and Learning Conference to host workshops to introduce conference attendees to the project. These workshops will provide participants with an introduction to the OPOSSEM online portal.
